If you are creating units then you don't have to rename, you can keep the same name if you wish and add the mesh to your game. You can then find the mesh in the folder, by saving it on desktop you make finding it just a little quicker. Next right click on that mesh you loaded click "Add" then "File(s)". To do this just load up a random mesh from Models, you can delete it later. To add the mesh you must first create the proper pathways that the game must use.
